What is Galvalume Steel? Galvalume steel is carbon steel coated with an alloy that combines the impervious properties
of aluminum with the malleability and galvanic protection of zinc. The alloy coating gives galvalume steel coil and sheets
a smooth, plain finish.
What is the difference between cold rolled and hot rolled?
The surface of the cold rolled plate has a certain gloss and feels smooth, and feels a little bit like the steel cup we often use to drink water. However, if the hot rolled coil has not been pickling, its surface and feel is very similar to the ordinary steel plate bought in the store. If the surface is rusty, the surface color is red, if there is no rust, the surface color is purple-black.
In terms of accuracy, the thickness of cold-rolled strip steel is thinner than that of hot-rolled strip steel, and the precision is more accurate. It's accurate to the last decimal place. In terms of size, the thinnest thickness of cold rolled coil can be made into a strip of 0.001 mm

chemical treatment, coating (roll coating) or composite organic film (PVC film, etc.), and then baking and curing. This
product is produced by the manufacturer in coils on the continuous production line, so it is also called prepainted steel
coil. It not only has the properties of high mechanical strength and easy forming of steel materials, but also has good
decoration and corrosion resistance of coating materials.
